If there was a choice for no stars, that’s what I’d give. This company is just awful, and their customer service? A total joke. Seriously, keep your distance from them. Better to spend your cash somewhere else. Added on 05/12/2022, order number: W7 3TT—this ain't a fake review! Just a disgusting business.

This has got to be my worst shopping experience ever. I ordered some herringbone flooring from Nexus. Sure, the price was a bit steep, but I had a hard time finding the 280mm size I needed anywhere else. They sent me a sample, and I ended up ordering £700 worth of flooring. When it arrived, I let it sit in the room to acclimatize like they suggested. The fitters showed up to install it, and guess what? It was 300mm instead of the 280mm I requested. I called them to sort out an exchange, and they told me it was past the 14-day return window. On the phone, they said, "it's just 20mm" and "we don’t have the materials to make the one you ordered" for an exchange. They even admitted they sold me the wrong flooring but still refused to swap or refund. It's clear they've violated every consumer right imaginable, and I'm taking them to small claims court. Seriously, steer clear of these fraudsters!

In response to your comment, you acknowledged that you sent the incorrect item, and according to trading standards, if a product is not as described, the buyer has a year and 14 days to return it. This was your error, and your refusal to refund or exchange shows awful customer service.

I just wanna say that the crew who installed my flooring did a fantastic job, and I’d definitely recommend them. They exceeded my expectations and ensured all the wiring was secure. Plus, they were super friendly and cleaned up everything nicely.

We've turned to Nexus for our homes a couple of times now, and I can't recommend them enough. They’re super professional, provide top-notch wood flooring, and are really helpful when it comes to deliveries. Plus, they offer great prices! Kudos to them!

The product itself is decent, but the customer service is a bit odd. I got a bunch of emails with poor English and grammar, and the wood was paid for and delivered in two separate ways. My order showed up damaged, and I reported it, but the company didn’t seem to care. When I tried to place another order, I had to use a different payment method than the first time, and the delivery price was quoted differently too. I wouldn’t say it’s terrible, just not great in my view.

I previously bought some oak flooring from Nexus Flooring, but I wanted to expand the project from the living room into the hallway and found myself short on materials. I called Nexus on Wednesday afternoon, placed my order, and paid for the additional pieces I needed. They told me I likely wouldn’t get it until Monday. Well, it arrived today (Friday)! Fantastic product and top-notch service.

I got engineered wooden flooring from a really helpful supplier. I've used Nexus Flooring a couple of times this year. Even with all the coronavirus issues, they managed to provide me with solid advice over the phone and sent me some samples. All the deliveries were free, and they even threw in some underlay at no extra cost. The flooring quality is top-notch, and I'm super pleased with how it turned out. If you're on the hunt for a new wooden floor and are considering engineered wood, you won't find a better supplier out there.

Just got my hands on some 'Engineered Oak' Click flooring and I must say, we’re thrilled. I've bought from Nexus before and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else now. Ordered 20 SqM and honestly, not a single bad plank in the bunch... true quality, simple to install, and the overall appearance is fantastic. I’d surely recommend it, all thanks to Nexus for making the entire process a breeze - even with a 200-mile delivery... simply brilliant.

Looked high and low to find a match for our genuine oak wood flooring in both size and color. Eventually stumbled upon this website. They sent a sample within a day, which was just what we needed. Placed an order right after. Top-notch online service. Would definitely suggest!

Super pleased with this purchase for the cost. This was the only spot we found engineered oak at £25 per square meter. We even tackled an additional small room to get our order over 1k for free shipping and underlay. They initially didn’t send enough underlay, but after just one email, they quickly sent the extra in the mail, and it showed up the next day. The website ordering was a bit of a pain, but calling in wasn’t too much trouble considering the savings.

The oak is top-notch, and the finish is impressive too. Their UV lacquered floors can probably handle quite a bit of heavy use.

The price was quite reasonable (back then), and the sales staff were friendly and supportive.

We did a lot of searching before settling on Nexus Flooring. Their options were priced well, even when stacked against online-only alternatives.

After finally settling on the right color, the team was super helpful with my order and speeding up the delivery. I was in a bit of a panic when I realized I was short by half a pack, but a quick call and they had one sent out for next day delivery. The quality is top-notch and it looks stunning.
